    (1) Identifying meeting locations outside of Ozark

    (2) Identifying points of contact in towns outside of Ozark

V. New Business

a.  Democratic Candidate Search for 2026

(1) Need local Democratic candidates to demonstrate our credibility and help bring Democrats to the polls

(2) Schedule urgency - Local candidates must file paperwork by Jan. 23rd, 2026 

b. Crawdad Festival in early April 2026 - Do we want to participate?

c. Purchase of Votebuilder for Dale Co.

(1) Need volunteer(s)- basic computer skills to learn & utilize this database tool, along with Floyd

(2) Tool will be used for phone banking and door knocking for 2026 Midterm elections 

(3)  Will eventually need to reimburse Floyd for monetary outlay

d. Rick & Hayden need to initiate PayPal contribution mechanism on website (for credit cards)

e. Campaign presentation of Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Dakarai Larriett at our Nov. 10th meeting

(1) Floyd has confirmed his visit with the Larriett campaign

(2) Review Larriett's Facebook page (link on website) and be prepared to ask questions after presentation

(3) Help communicate event throughout Dale Co.

(4) Invite Democratic groups in adjacent counties  

f. No Kings Protest on October 18th at Dothan Courthouse
