If candidate speakers are available, our meeting will begin at 7:00pm and will continue through each guest speaker's presentation.  Otherwise we will conduct pressing party business, including the election of our DCDP Executive Committee.  Election ballots will be disbursed to attendees. Ballots will be counted by the Election Committee and announced via email within 5 days of the meeting.

Executive Committee Elections

Election ballots will be dispersed to attendees near the end of the meeting.  Attendees will complete their ballots and drop them in the ballot box as they leave the meeting. The Election Committee will collect the ballots, tally the votes and provide an election report to the Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary no later than 24 hours after the meeting.
