Dakarai Larriett - U.S. Senate Candidate
U.S. Senate Candidate Dakarai Larriett spoke to an audience of about 40-45 citizens from around Dale County on November 10th. After a brief statement about his campaign, Mr. Larriett answered questions from the audience. The questions offered local citizens the opportunity to express issues that were important to them. Mr. Larriett's responses did a great job of illustrating his priorities and his approach to governing.
In the future, the Dale Co. Democratic Party hopes to host other serious candidates that will be running on the ballot here in 2026. If you are an announced Democratic candidate for 2026 and wish to speak with us at one of our monthly meetings, please contact Floyd Madrid at DaleCountyDemocrats25@gmail.com
Thanks to all the volunteers that came out and supported our information booth, it was a successful event for all. We handed out contact cards to quite a few citizens, obtained contact information from over 10 citizens, and most important, we showed Dale County there is an another political party in the Wiregrass. Looking forward to next year's Claybank Festival and our participation once again.
Dale County Democrats really enjoyed meeting with the public last April at the
Crawdad & Music Festival in Ozark
Pictures of our 2025 Crawdad Festival Information Booth ... thank you Dale County Democrat Party volunteers for your dedicated support. We provide citizens an opportunity to verify their voting registration and a way to register if needed. It's always a great day to show our Party's involvement in the community.
If you have an event, meeting, or other activity that you think may be of interest to Democratic leaning citizens of Dale County, please contact us and let us know (contact form would be best, followed by a phone call). If we agree, we'll try to post it on our website.
